Swazis are generally docile and that docility has been fully exploited by those in power or those who claim to work on their behalf. People just wake up and make a particular determination without evaluation. Such is the dearth of Swazi life and the freedom to question things. <br /><br />I am sure there is no pronounced policy in place that HIV candidates should be shunned in one way or the other. This clearly plays into the stigma associated with HIV/AIDS where the country finds it taboo. That is why there have been record infections in recent years because HIV and those who carry remain largely stigmatised.<br /><br />This is a classic example of the stigma on AIDS. We have a long way to go as a country and the sooner we shed that excess weight the better and I am particularly pessimistic on that one, knowing Swazis being the people that they are or should I say being the subjects that they are.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
