Bizarre death at Sidwashini prison
In the second and last part of the coroner’s report into the death of Sipho Jele, we chronicle the events at Sidvwashini Corrections Services where the deceased was admitted a few hours before he died from what was found to be suicide by hanging. Many strange things happened at Sidwashini that defy the finding of a hanging. It is difficult not to conclude that this country’s authorities in law and order conspired to conceal the true cause of Jele’s death.
