WEDDING IS OVER, PROTEST GOES ON

The wedding may be over, but the protest is not.

A new protest is planned for tomorrow (30 April 2011) at 6.30pm at the Four Seasons Hotel, Park Lane, London, where King Mswati is booked to hold a reception.

King Mswati is trying to drum up trade while he is in London. Yesterday, he met with potential investors, but only a handful of people turned up.

Commenting on the meeting, Oxford Analytica said, 'Following a 60 percent decline in government revenues, and the growing reluctance of bilateral and multilateral donors to provide additional support, Mswati is casting around urgently for alternative sources of finance. Although he has seen off the recent bout of pro-democracy protests, the legitimacy of his and his family's rule has been eroded.'
